Goodwin First Aid - E-commerce Solution - 2008-07-25
Goodwin First Aid is a Calgary-based company offering certification courses in everything from CPR to Wilderness First Aid and Instructor Training.

Icona provided Goodwin First Aid with a full array of company branding services, including logo and business card design and print. The new look was carried through to the website designs, creating a user friendly site that would appeal to students, both young and old.

To help manage course registrations and product sales, Icona custom designed an e-commerce solution, using a Moneris payment processing system. Users are able to register online for specific course dates and times, as well as select from a number of first aid products to purchase.

A Content Management System allows administrators of Goodwin First Aid to easily manage both courses and products, and provide timely information on any course changes or updates.

Love2Move Site Launch - 2008-07-24
Love2Move, an integrated movement centre in Calgary, approached Icona for a site rebuild. The existing site, while communicating the company's message, was heavily flash dependent and required a great deal of work for even the slightest text changes.

Icona's mandate was to build a new site that would allow Love2Move to easily update content, be found by search engines, and provide current information on the centre.

To maintain consistency, Icona integrated the design from the old website with a refreshed look on the new site.

A straightforward navigation system allows users to easily find information on the studio and its trainers, as well as the scope of other services offered.

HotWings Goes Live - 2008-07-23
HotWings.ca, the definitive online chicken wing resource, just got even better!

The site was recently re-released with a completely new look and feel and improved features. Users are now able to create and mange their own accounts, and interact with the site by posting reviews and comments on their favorite (or otherwise) establishments. 

Launching in Q4 of 2008, establishment owners will have the ability to manage their own establishments, including adding specials, advertising events, and uploading photos to their own gallery.

The expansion into Edmonton marks the beginning of a much larger expansion, as HotWings has its sights set on the North American market.
