Custom Designed Newsletter - 2008-06-13
sanofi-aventis Canada is the Canadian affiliate to one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. Launching their new career management tool, 'Portfolio', sanofi-aventis Canada needed a custom designed newsletter to broadcast the new tool internally.

Working with Ravann Communications, Icona created a bilingual newsletter, in both French and English, promoting the new career management tool to sanofi-aventis Canada employees using both mobile and desktop devices.

The newsletter links to an interactive Flash module, creating a dynamic introduction to the 'Portfolio' system. The module was also used for kiosk based presentations within the sanofi-aventis offices.

With a book launch fast approaching, Jan Batiuk, a local Calgary author, came to Icona to create a website to promote her newly released book, Life Is A Song Waiting To Be Released.  

Beginning with identity and branding, Icona worked with Jan to determine the look and feel of her site, and the message she wanted to communicate.  Incorporating meaningful imagery, Icona created a site that is both welcoming to visitors, and easy to navigate.

A 6-page downloadable PDF was designed to feature one chapter from the book, allowing visitors a short preview of Life Is A Song Waiting To Be Released. A content management system allows Jan to keep content on her site current, and update pages as needed.

Online sales are securely managed through PayPal, facilitating a straightforward purchase process.
