Little Planet - A Natural Playground - 2008-04-28
Situated on the picturesque Tioman Island in Malaysia, Little Planet is both a summer camp and an outdoor education & retreat centre.

Offering a unique and unforgettable experience, Little Planet needed a web presence that would effectively communicate not only the look and feel, but the philosophy, of the camp.

Working in partnership, Icona and its Quebec-based marketing partner Ravann Communications designed a unique, purpose-driven website that promotes the credibility and benefits of the Little Planet camp while conveying the fun experience, natural beauty and energetic outdoor activities that campers will enjoy.

Promoting the camp to children and parents alike, the website draws users in with dynamic flash imagery, and presents information in an intuitive manner through a straightforward navigation system.

Behind the scenes, the website features a customized Content Management System, allowing administrators of Little Planet to update content, manage the photo gallery, and provide timely information on programs and activities.

ID Development & Branding - 2008-04-04
Icona is currently working with two companies, Elegant Expressions and Goodwin First Aid, providing a full scope of services from effective branding to web development and e-commerce solutions.

Elegant Expressions, a Calgary-based Gift Basket company, approached Icona to re-brand the company, and to design and develop a website to increase online sales. An integrated corporate identity package was created for Elegant Expressions, including logo design services, business cards, letterhead, and gift tags. Icona is working on developing an e-commerce solution for Elegant Expressions, and the new site will be launching shortly.

Goodwin First Aid came to Icona for company branding, from logo design services, to business card design and print. Maintaining consistency across all marketing efforts, Icona will carry the new look through to the website designs, creating an e-commerce site to manage course registrations and product sales.
