Elevations Resort - 2008-01-15
Properties International Inc. approached Icona to build and support an effective brand for their new Rocky Mountain luxury resort - Elevations.  The scope and complexity of this campaign required that Properties International Inc. move beyond their in-house processes to incorporate the seasoned expertise of the Icona team.

Offering all of the luxuries and personalized services one would expect of a luxury mountain resort, Elevations required a marketing and brand appeal to match.  The campaign would focus on attracting a discerning clientele looking for their 'own piece of higher ground' in the Canadian Rockies.  

Working closely with the client, Icona identified specific needs under a very tight timeline to develop a complete Brand Development Strategy; from Logo Development, Copywriting Services, and Promotional Material including an elaborate Tradeshow system, and an interactive Web Design.  

Holding true to its credence of quality and professionalism, Icona coordinated with suppliers and vendors to supply printed materials including business cards, CD inserts, a custom format 18x12" brochure, as well as the necessary tradeshow display graphics.   

Icona continues to manage all of Properties International Inc.'s marketing for Elevations Resort, and is currently working on launching a multi-phase print marketing package.
